Hi! We are the Repas family! My name is Grace, my husband is Matt and we have two girls, Charlotte and Bernadette. We are based in Elmer, NJ. Although we are new here, we absolutely fell in love with the area, the people, and the feeling of this small town.

Hi! We are the Repas family! My name is Grace, my husband is Matt and we have two girls, Charlotte and Bernadette. We are based in Elmer, NJ. Although we are new here, we absolutely fell in love with the area, the people, and the feeling of this small town.
We started this business with several things in mind; at the forefront of our minds is creating an alternative to mass produced, mucked up water ice. So we set out to offer a simple and natural product hearkening back to when “Italian Ice” was first invented, using real fruit and fruit juice. Italian ice was first made in New York, the consistency was fairly icy, like a snow cone, but smoother and served in a squeeze cup. When it came to Philadelphia, it was tweaked a little to be an even smoother consistency. The further south the recipe came down the eastern coast, the better it got! In our area, most of us know it as water ice, “wooder ice.” Enjoy!
